My dashboard lights began to dim a while back, but I chose to ignore it because I figured it would pass. Now, they’ve dimmed to the point that I can’t see them in daylight, and the problem has spread to my headlights as well. Is my battery on its way out?

While a weak battery may be affecting your electrical systems, dimming head and dashboard lights are classic signs of an alternator issue.
