A friend recommended this place for car maintenance and repair because he has had such good service and experience over the years. I have to agree, They give you an honest opinion you can trust, NO UPSELLING! For example I was told a over a year ago by another company my brakes would need replacing at the next service (approximately 4 months). Minute Tune said not to and so I am still driving a year later with the same brake pads. Next time, 4 months from now, I am having just the back brakes done at Minute Tune (front are still good). Minute Tune is saving me $$. Thank you!
Appreciated their service and communication. Was a little on the pricey side, but I was in emergency need of their services and they were able to help me out same-day. Still waiting on the final call to pick up my car, but so far Cristina has been great with communication, and Joe called me today to give me the run down as well. Let's hope the work meets these same high standards!!
Went for an oil change plus spark plug replacement. Everything was done well and at affordable price. We had some miscommunication regarding pricing due to the year of my vehicle, but it ended up being resolved to my satisfaction. Joe seems very knowledgeable and is a nice guy. Also, quite impressive how much the receptionist/office manager lady knows about car stuff - she explained rear brake system to me in quite a detail. I will be back!
