Called for a quote on a repair, the person on the phone seemingly couldn't speak english and had no idea what I was trying to ask him. Honestly I thought it was hilarious. What a great way to lose business!
I regularly get my vehicle serviced and normally at the dealership. I happened to need an service and was going to be in Chilliwack. In all the services until now not one mechanic said anything about my muffler hanging up with a coat hanger... They fixed it and I'm so grateful for that and the service in general was amazing. I will be back
Brought my car in with an aggressive grinding noise.Shop recommended a brake job said they would take car for a test drive to confirm this was the issue. They did a brake job,then I drove the car from chilliwack to prince george and the grinding noise was still present. Brought it to my home shop and it was actually a failed wheel bearing. Spent 575 on brakes when it wasn't necessary.Brakes were also not pressing evenly on the rear rotors,had to go in and clean up the brake pad holders on my own time as well. Wouldn't recommend this shop .
Excellent and fast service. The staff and owner are very professional and made our experience flawless. To top it off the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I was in today with a service engine light on. While having an oil change 2 days ago, they did a scan and let me know that I had a misfiring cylinder and that I would likely need new plugs & coils. Each plug is $20 plus $115 per coil x 6, 3 or so hours of labour. So likely $1200.There are 3 plugs up front and easy to access and 3 that require a multitude of parts to be removed to access them. They are numbered 1-6.It would have been easy for anyone to take advantage of a customer in this situation. We all know of many people who have had a bad experience with auto repairs.So I was pleasantly pleased that it was one plug only and it was one of the easy ones to access.Now that is honesty that I truly appreciate particularly because I am not a knowledgeable person when it comes to the mechanics of vehicle motors.I am very grateful to Paul for his honesty, integrity and his pleasant service.Thank you Paul.You are appreciated.B. Great prices, great people and amazing work done! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs work done. I got new tires and they were more than willing to accommodate my hectic schedule. The owner Paul and other team members were really polite.

They left grease smeared all over my window, door, and side view mirror which was not fun to clean off. For what I was charged you’d expect better quality. Ur better off going to Canadian tire
Service here was terrible. We brought in our vehicle to replace brake pads. First they put them on backwards, so then we had to bring it back. Then when we left one of the wheels came completely off! We are still trying to get a refund, but they are not answering our calls...Please for the safety of yourself NEVER GO HERE.
I had to get my car towed here after breaking down on a weekend camping trip. They answered the phone even on a holiday so I could arrange the tow drop off. It was dropped off in the morning and by noon the same day I had a quote and estimate for the repairs.They were also really flexible with arranging pickup as I live in North Van and would have trouble getting back to Chilliwack.Thanks guys!
BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY!!! Took our truck in for brake repair, got it back with front end damage. When questioned about it both the technician and manager vehemently denied anything happened despite having dash cam footage of them driving my truck off the lift and into a wall! They blamed each other and said nothing. Refused to take responsibility or apologize even with video footage. Would never trust this outfit with your vehicle.
