My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to minit tune in Port Kells for a number of years. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We both highly recommend!
Best shop in town. Very trust worthy and always fair with their labour prices. Paul gives the best advice, especially in situations where money is tight. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Have been going to them for years! Highly recommend as they are reliable and honest, my father has been visiting this shop for many years now too! Great service!
Paul is a very kind man. My car had been having major issues, the part was gonna cost 2,200$, but he shopped around and found a used one for half price. Labour price was reasonable and he did my transmission fluid for no extra cost. Highly recommend.
Rude staff who think they can treat potential customers poorly and still get businessThe average reviews speak for themselves, so be informed before choosing this business.
they had my tires installed and aligned within 24 hours of calling and also recommended things without pushing me to get them done, good pricing and really great guys working here!
Fabulous service! Friendly, professional and trustworthy. I've had an oil change, new tires, and most recently, my brakes done here. Paul and Scott have been great to deal with; getting my vehicle in and out quickly and even providing free shuttle service.
I tried this quick lube shop to use their promotion but since my car uses synthetic oil, it doesn’t apply. I went for it anyway. They are quick to response for your inquiries and booking an appointment.I checked the completed job form and says what needed to be done with my car but inaccurately says all levels are good (coolant is below minimum) and says tires are okay but it needs replacing as I know my front tires were already worn. I tried contacting them if I can have my coolant topped up but didn’t response.
Scott at the Walnut Grove location was extremely professional, helpful and went above and beyond, even going so far as to finding a problem with my heat/cold and fixing it. This is a great shop, providing great valu with honest people. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who cares about great service done by meticulous, professional car care specialists.
I have been using this shop since moving to Langley in 2012. They first did a service and full inspection on a car that I was to sell. Great work and detailed report. I have used them for all my work since my Ford warranty ended with total satisfaction. Paul has always been receptive to my needs and scheduled work to accommodate my time. I have and will continue to recommend this shop.
This Minute Tune location in North Langley is the worst business lve ever had experienced. There is absolutely no professionalism. This came from the older man when l went there at on April 29, 2021. First and foremost they have no waiting room. This man explained to me, to not talk to his mechanics or enter the bays or hang around outside. Something to do with Covid? He was quite angry that l stayed close by at the next door restaurant? Go figure. Well, l went for oil change and asked for a inspection of my van. A 1997 Dodge B2500 regular van that is partially camperized.I wanted to know what was needing more work as l got this van from an acquaintance who gave the van to me for free. When l returned to the shop when they called me to pick it up, they charged me close to a hundred dollars. I paid the bill. The older man seemed annoyed that the van wasn't getting more work on it as he explained it needed brake work as the rear brakes were nearly gone, but the fronts were alright? He also said there was quite a few oil leaks under the van, and it needed new tires and a body and rear suspension attachment link was rusting away and he advised me to take my van to a suspension shop soon. Said it was very dangerous to drive with this problem. The van has 262,000 miles on it and lve only driven it 4,000 miles in a year and a half. I don't know the history of this van but lve recently registered it with Carfax and get the report from them as the van has a history of 36 entries. I'm currently on Disability. I used to work in Aviation Security for Pre-Board Screening as a Supervisor for nearly 20 years. I worked with the General public and airline staff and government agencies and RCMP. I will never go back to this shop ever again. Please don't do business with this shop. It's not worth the hassle.
